I just replaced my ninth grade $30 Target camera with a tiny, silver digital one. I figured that having to hold the battery door closed with my hand to make the camera actually work while taking pictures wasn't that cool. I knew I could do better. And I thought this blog would be a perfect way to share what I do with this newer model...

My first college kitchenette was where I realized I didn't even know how to boil an egg. Many years and phone calls to Mom later, I now find myself recent "graduate" of a kitchen apprenticeship at a top restaurant in Minnesota and experience with gourmet catering.
